Job summary

A&A Associate in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Business Setup Advisor to guide clients through Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore formations in Abu Dhabi while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will handle end-to-end company formation, liaise with government authorities, advise on licenses and visas, support PRO services, and build lasting client relationships to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years UAE experience in business setup / company formation
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi regulations
• Experience dealing with government authorities
• Good communication and client management skills
• Sales-oriented mindset
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Existing UAE client network is an advantage
