Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in Dubai, UAE is seeking a results-driven Business Setup Consultant with 1+ year of local experience to join our sales team.

You will handle leads via calls, WhatsApp, email; explain Mainland or Free Zone packages, licensing costs and procedures; follow up to close deals and maintain a strong client pipeline while staying updated on UAE regulations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in UAE business setup consultancy.
• Fluent in any 3 languages: Arabic, French, Turkish.
• Knowledge of UAE Mainland and Free Zone procedures.
• Familiarity with company formation, licenses, visas and related services.
• Proven experience in lead handling, sales and closing deals.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated with sales targets.
• Candidates who can join within 1 month are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to business setup leads through calls, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
• Understand client requirements and recommend Mainland or Free Zone options.
• Explain packages, licensing requirements, costs and procedures to prospects.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and timely follow-ups.
• Negotiate with clients and close deals.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups and conversions.
• Stay updated with UAE regulations, Free Zone offerings and licensing.

• Fluent in any 3 of the following languages is mandatory: Arabic French Turkish.
• Good knowledge of UAE Mainland and Free Zone business setup procedures.
• Familiarity with company formation, trade licenses, visas, and related business setup services.
• Proven experience in lead handling, follow-ups, sales, and closing deals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable business setup solutions.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
