Job summary

Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) seeks an experienced executive office professional to curate CEO-grade briefing materials, coordinate meeting preparation, and track follow-up actions for key engagements. You will deliver geopolitical and economic intelligence, draft speeches and talking points, and ensure timely closure of actions while reporting to the CEO and leadership team.

This role requires exceptional English, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priority

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8–10 years in CEO or executive office, strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or senior corporate affairs.
  • Experience supporting a chief executive or board-level principal, handling sensitive material.
  • Ability to research and synthesize complex information quickly and accurately.
  • Strong written English skills, capable of producing high-quality executive communications.

Responsibilities

  • Produce CEO-grade briefing packs for external meetings, site visits, market tours, business reviews and institutional engagements.
  • Track geopolitical, economic sector and competitive developments relevant to the Group and convert them into concise decision-ready reports for the CEO.
  • Coordinate preparation cycle for key CEO engagements and capture outcomes, decisions, responsible parties and timelines.
  • Maintain an updated view of priority projects, milestones and risks with clear reporting and scorecards for CEO-level priorities.
  • Draft speeches, talking points and correspondence for the CEO and senior executives, reflecting the CEO's voice and audience expectations.
  • Support the governance cadence of leadership meetings, offsites and reviews; ensure concise agendas, materials and decision records.

Executive Briefings

Produce CEO-grade briefing packs for external meetings site visits market tours business reviews and institutional engagements Provide information on meeting attendees commercial significance essential questions and key messages to convey

Actionable Intelligence

Track geopolitical economic sector and competitive developments relevant to the Group Convert developments into concise decision-ready reports for the CEO

Meeting Preparation and Follow-Through

Coordinate preparation cycle for key CEO engagements Capture and track outcomes decisions responsible parties and timelines post-meetings Ensure timely closure of follow-up actions

Strategic Project and Performance Tracking

Maintain an updated view of agreed priority projects monitoring milestones and risks Keep clear reporting and scorecards for CEO-level priorities producing insights and performance highlights Identify matters that may require CEO attention

Executive Communications and Positioning

Draft speeches talking points and correspondence for the CEO and senior executives Ensure the communications reflect CEO s voice and are audience-appropriate Support positioning of CEO and Group with partners investors governments and media

Governance and Team Contribution

Support the structure and cadence of leadership meetings offsites and reviews Ensure agendas materials and decision records are concise and useful Contribute actively to CEO Office team sharing information and taking ownership of tasks

Required Skills To Be Successful
  • Exceptional written and spoken English.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle concurrent workstreams.
  • Commercial and geopolitical literacy with a focus on regional and Middle East dynamics.
  • Proficiency with digital and AI tools to enhance productivity and quality of work.
