Job summary

ASSURED GROW CONSULTANCY L.L.C. in the United Arab Emirates seeks a CEO Office project lead to drive corporate restructuring and strategic initiatives.

You will coordinate with external consultants, lawyers, tax advisers, auditors, banks, authorities and internal teams to translate recommendations into actionable tasks with owners, due dates and dependencies. You will maintain master trackers, logs, and weekly status dashboards, prepare MOMs and CEO updates, and ensure outcomes are properly

Qualifications

• Strong project-management and project-tracking discipline.
• Ability to convert consultant inputs into action points with owners, deadlines and dependencies.
• Strong business acumen, logical reasoning and attention to detail.
• Cross-functional coordination with Finance, Legal, Sales/Admin, Operations, IT/ERP, consultants and senior management.
• Fluent English communication with CEO and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the CEO Office project lead for corporate restructuring and strategic projects.
• Coordinate with external consultants, lawyers, tax advisers, auditors, banks, authorities and internal teams.
• Understand consultant recommendations and break them into tasks with owners, due dates and dependencies.
• Prepare MOMs, CEO updates and consultant follow-up notes.
• Maintain master project tracker, action register, decision log, risk log and weekly status dashboard.
• Follow up with Finance, Legal, Sales/Admin, Operations, IT/ERP and other departments for closure.
