We are looking for a Business Development Manager fluent in Arabic and English to grow partner network.

The role will be responsible to build and manage relationships with EAMs, private banks, family offices, financial advisors and other distribution partners.

Develop HNI/UHNI protection business, managing opportunities from partner engagement through onboarding and conversion.

Drive revenue growth, manage the pipeline and coordinate with internal teams to deliver suitable client solutions.

Work with a strong product suite, an experienced support team and opportunities for ongoing learning and professional development.

Candidates should bring proven experience on international life insurance for at least 10-12 years.

At least 5-10 years' prior experience in an international insurance company, wealth management firm, or bank. Strong on interpersonal skills, with good product knowledge. Goal focused and a great team player.
