Job summary

Gargash Insurance Services LLC in the UAE seeks a dynamic sales leader to drive business growth in the insurance brokerage sector, with a focus on Sharjah. You will build and manage key client relationships and develop strategic partnerships to expand our market presence.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in sales within insurance, strong product knowledge across Medical, Motor, and General lines, and a proven track record in the UAE market.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a sales role, preferably within insurance broking or the broader insurance industry in the UAE.
• Comprehensive understanding of insurance products across all lines of business, including Medical, Motor, and General (Non-Motor) Insurance.
• At least 2–3 years of proven sales experience in the UAE market.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with a strong aptitude for sales.
• Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality
• Proficiency in Arabic (an added advantage)
