Job summary

Iquest Management Consultants is seeking a Business Development Manager – Freight Forwarding sales to drive new business across air and ocean freight, logistics and related services. The role targets expansion in UAE, with assignment in Saif Zone, Hamriyah Free Zone, Ras Al Khaimah, Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

You will build client relationships, manage end-to-end sales cycles, and work with CRM and sales reporting tools to track activity and results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years sales experience in freight forwarding.
• Candidates must be presently available in UAE with driving license.
• Proven experience selling air freight, sea freight and related logistics services.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
• High proficiency in CRM and sales reporting tools.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently.
