Job summary

Next Hire Management Consultancies is urgently hiring for Experienced Business Development Executives in the Freight Forwarding sector in the UAE, specifically in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on acquiring new customers and growing volume across Sea/Air/Land freight, with expectations to meet predefined targets.

Candidates must have Freight Forwarding experience and existing customer bases in the UAE. Willingness to relocate is required; relocate if needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development in the freight forwarding industry.
• Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in freight forwarding Sales (Air and Sea).
• Must have existing customer base from the respective market.
• An understanding of logistics operations and Freight industry, products & services.

Responsibilities

• Develop import, export & cross-trade business across all products, by onboarding new customers.
• Exceed targets as predefined by head of sales by contributing and achieving annual Budget.
• Maintain a robust pipeline with full growth potential of all target & prospect accounts, considering focus vertical markets set by the company.
• Ensure all opportunities are fully up-to-date in pricing/opportunity in the CRM on daily bases.
• Provide continuous feedback on rates and market conditions to pricing team.
• Maintain CRM inputs for all client activities, updates to be done at least once a week.
• Ensure 100% data quality throughout in CRM.
• Assist in setting up agendas for visitors by setting up relevant & appropriate customer meetings.
• Actively participate in initiatives, special focuses & projects as assigned by head of sales.
• Achieve GP minimum 3-4 times of your target salary.
