Job summary

WinproFX Limited seeks a Business Development Manager (BDM) with 1–2 years of Forex Sales experience to drive new business in Dubai. You will develop relationships, target deposits, and manage the full sales cycle from lead to onboarding.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation skills and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. Hindi-speaking candidates are preferred and existing client networks are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of proven experience in Forex Sales / Financial Markets.
• Strong knowledge of the Forex industry, trading products, and client acquisition.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and deposit targets.
• Candidates with a sales dashboard or verifiable performance records are highly preferred.
• Hindi-speaking candidates are preferred.
• Candidates with existing client networks will be an added advantage.
• Candidates must have relevant Forex Sales experience.
