WealthySeven Management is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to work directly with the founder on UAE projects. The role combines business development, relationship management, and executive support, with hands-on involvement in market research and commercial coordination.

The candidate will identify opportunities, develop partnerships, manage outreach, and support meetings and negotiations across diverse sectors in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, partnerships or a similar role.
• Previous professional experience in the UAE and understanding of the local business environment.
• Strong ability to research, prospect, approach and communicate with new business contacts.
• Excellent English communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Confident in dealing with business owners, senior executives and decision-makers.
• Commercially minded, resourceful and results-oriented.
• Able to manage multiple projects independently in a flexible environment.

We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Business Development Manager to work directly with the founder across a range of business projects and opportunities in the UAE.

This is a hands-on role combining business development, relationship management, market research, commercial coordination and executive support.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and identify relevant companies, decision-makers and opportunities across different sectors


• Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, clients and strategic contacts


• Manage business outreach through calls, emails, meetings and direct introductions


• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, suppliers, distributors, investors and other stakeholders


• Arrange, attend and support business meetings, presentations and negotiations


• Assist with market-entry and business development projects, including coordination with local and international partners


• Assist with business documentation, proposals, agreements, presentations, correspondence and other required materials


• Manage follow-ups and help move opportunities from initial contact through to execution


• Provide hands-on executive and commercial support across various ongoing and new business projects

Requirements

Engagement

The role will initially be offered on a paid short-term contract with fixed compensation, with the opportunity to develop into a long-term position.

For the right candidate, the long-term compensation structure will include fixed compensation plus performance-based commission and incentives linked to successfully completed business opportunities and projects.

Looking for someone who can hit the ground running from day one — a self-starter with practical UAE business experience who can take an objective, identify the right approach and execute with minimal supervision.
