Responsibilities

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of hospitality and F&B prospects across the UAE through network referrals, field visits, and outbound outreach.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and closing agreements with senior decision-makers and restaurant groups.
• Collaborate with Operations and Onboarding teams to ensure seamless client launches and strong initial adoption.
• Utilize CRM tools to track performance, structure pipeline updates, and analyze sales data.
• Gather market feedback and competitor insights to help refine commercial strategy.

Role Overview A high-growth, venture-backed fintech leader focused on payment technology is looking for a Business Development Manager to accelerate expansion across the UAE. Backed by top tier investors with over $70M+ in funding, the company provides seamless payment options and SoftPOS solutions that eliminate payment friction and drive profitability for hospitality businesess.

Location Options:

• Dubai: Onsite
• Abu Dhabi: Hybrid (1-2 days per week in Dubai)

Fixed Salary: AED 18,000-23,000 per month (dependent on experience)

Variable Salary: Uncapped and will grow exponentially with tenure. Average performers taking C. 10,000 AED per month, Top performers taking 20,000 AED per month

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of hospitality and F&B prospects across the UAE through network referrals, field visits, and outbound outreach.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven background in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships within the UAE market.
• 5+ years experience in A B2B environment
• 3+ years experience within the UAE market.
• Direct domain exposure either selling payments or fintech solutions or a strong existing network of hospitality groups, restaurant owners, operators etc.
• Track record of managing end-to-end sales pipelines and hitting commercial growth targets.
• (Arabic is not required but a strong advantage).
