Job summary

Unilumin MEA Official in Dubai seeks a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive growth for LED and visual solutions across government, hospitality, and real estate sectors. You will lead end-to-end sales cycles, build strategic partnerships, and coordinate with technical teams to tailor offerings for the UAE and GCC markets.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in BD or sales within LED/AV, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and fluency in English (Arabic a plus).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within LED/AV/AV & IT integration solutions.
• Deep understanding of UAE and GCC market landscape.
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with government entities, developers, and system integrators.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across government, hospitality, landmark economy, and real estate investment.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, contractors, and system integrators across the UAE and GCC.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with regional market trends and company objectives.
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to deliver tailored LED and visual solutions meeting client requirements.
• Represent Unilumin at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows across the region.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets and KPIs set by regional management.
• Prepare regular reports on pipeline, forecasts, and market intelligence for senior leadership.
