Job summary

Doo Group is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to enhance our growing sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should possess experience in the Forex/CFD industry, capable of acquiring new clients and managing business opportunities for long-term relationships.

This role includes developing new business, managing Introducing Brokers, and achieving sales targets. Fluency in Arabic, English, or Hindi is an advantage, with a full-time commitment expected from the Dubai office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Forex/CFD sales or business development.
• Existing client portfolio and/or active IB network preferred.
• Proven record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop new retail and institutional business.
• Acquire and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure excellent client service.
• Represent the company at networking events, seminars, and exhibitions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Forex/CFD sales or business development experience.
• Existing client portfolio and/or active IB network is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Arabic, English, Hindi, or other regional languages are an advantage.
• Must be willing to work full-time from our Dubai office.
• Candidates with an existing book of business and transferable client relationships will be given priority.
