Job summary

Le Chene is seeking two Business Development Executives to drive commercial growth for its state-of-the-art testing laboratory in Jebel Ali, Dubai.

You will identify new opportunities, manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, and build long-term relationships with procurement managers and quality heads, while collaborating with technical and lab teams in Jebel Ali to meet client requirements and achieve the monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales or business development experience in testing labs or related industry.
• Strong UAE market knowledge and network.
• Demonstrated ability to hit sales targets and develop new pipelines.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license and English fluency required.

Responsibilities

Le Chene is supporting an established testing, inspection, and certification group to appoint two Business Development Executives to drive commercial growth for their state-of-the-art testing laboratory located in Jebel Ali, Dubai.

Scope

• Identify and secure new business opportunities for laboratory testing services across target industries
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, cold outreach, and client presentations to deal closing
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders, procurement managers, and quality heads
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets (AED 50,000 – AED 120,000, scaled to experience)
• Collaborate closely with technical and lab teams in Jebel Ali to ensure client requirements are met effectively

Profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales or business development experience within testing laboratories, technical testing services, or a closely related industry
• Strong existing network and thorough understanding of the UAE technical testing market
• Demonstrated track record of hitting sales targets and developing new client pipelines
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Valid UAE driving license and fluency in English are required

Compensation & Package

• Base Salary: AED 4,000 per month + Performance-based Incentive Scheme
• Primary Location: Jebel Ali, Dubai (Main Office: Deira)
