Job summary

Le Chene is seeking a Business Development Executive to expand the Food & Safety Training division in Dubai. You will source and secure new B2B clients across hotels, restaurants, and food sectors, while coordinating with in-house trainers for course delivery.

The role requires 3+ years in UAE food safety or corporate training sales, strong prospecting skills, and English fluency. Office in Deira with client-facing duties across UAE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of business development experience in food safety training, corporate training solutions, or the food/hospitality compliance sector in the UAE.
• Good technical awareness of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, municipality food safety guidelines).
• Strong prospecting, presentation, closing, and account management capabilities.
• Highly self-motivated with a proven sales track record.
• Valid UAE driving license and fluency in English are required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and acquire new B2B clients requiring food safety, hygiene, and compliance training solutions.
• Conduct market research, identify prospective corporate clients (hotels, restaurants, food manufacturing, catering, retail), and pitch tailored training programs.
• Build strong long-term relationships with key decision-makers, HR heads, and Quality/HACCP managers.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets (AED 50,000 – AED 120,000, scaled to experience).
• Work alongside internal trainers and operations teams based out of Deira to coordinate client proposals and course delivery.
