We are seeking a Business Development Officer to drive the promotion of inspection, marine, supervision, and consumer products services in Dubai.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities across key sectors in the UAE, with a strong focus on commodities inspection, marine services, supervision services, and consumer products services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including traders, shipping companies, port operators, manufacturers, and regulatory bodies within Dubai and the wider GCC region.

Promote the company’s service portfolio through direct client engagement, presentations, networking events, and industry exhibitions.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and potential areas for growth.

Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, quotations, and service agreements aligned with client requirements and company standards.

Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure service capabilities are clearly communicated and aligned with client expectations.

Negotiate contracts and commercial terms while ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.

Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators set by management.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions using CRM systems.
