Job summary

BIMgrafX Dubai is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to generate leads, seek new clients, and coordinate early sales activities across the AEC, BIM and Education sectors. The role rewards organization, proactivity and a results-driven mindset in a growing team.

You will collaborate with sales and engineering teams, manage CRM records, document outreach, and support proposals and client meetings. Immediate joining is welcome with travel opportunities to events in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and organized with willingness to learn about the AEC BIM Education domain.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, and field visits.
• Maintain lead databases, CRM records, trackers, and follow-ups.
• Conduct introductory calls and support client meetings.
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Coordinate with BIM Design and Training teams to fulfill client requirements.
• Prepare daily/weekly BD reports and activity logs.
• Be willing to travel for BD activities and events.

Role Overview

The BDE will support business development activities through lead generation client outreach coordination follow-ups and documentation This role is ideal for candidates who are proactive organized and interested in the AEC BIM and Education sectors

Key Responsibilities

• Actively participate in company activities events exhibitions college drives student drives and marketing activities
• Research and identify potential clients across the AEC BIM Architecture and Education sectors
• Generate new leads through calls emails LinkedIn events and field visits
• Maintain and update lead databases CRM records trackers and follow-up sheets
• Conduct introductory calls and support client meetings
• Assist in preparing proposals quotations and presentations
• Manage timesheets invoices and collection follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal BIM Design and Training teams to understand and fulfill client requirements
• Maintain daily and weekly BD reports and activity logs
• Be willing to travel and participate in business development activities and events as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Business Development Sales or a related role
• Ability to handle business development and client coordination responsibilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong follow-up coordination and organizational skills
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about the AEC BIM Education domain
