Role Description

The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across Duphill's key segments, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, and supporting the expansion of the company's footprint in the Middle East. Day-to-day activities include lead generation, prospecting, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate specifications and timely delivery. The Business Development Executive will manage assigned accounts, monitor market trends, and provide feedback to help refine service offerings and sales strategies. This position requires proactive engagement with stakeholders, regular field visits, and consistent follow-up to achieve growth targets and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships, and ensure successful lead delivery.
• Candidates should be ready to learn and acquire new skills and knowledge to support them in pursuing the leads efficiently.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including presentation and interpersonal abilities, to engage effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Experience in construction, flooring, coatings, or related technical solutions within the Middle East market is highly beneficial.
• Proven track record in B2B sales or business development, ideally within industrial or commercial sectors is an added benefit.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities, with proficiency in ERP tools and MS Office applications.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, conduct frequent client visits, and collaborate in a multicultural environment.
