Job summary

Logsquare in UAE or KSA seeks a Business Development Engineer to drive growth in intralogistics automation and material handling across the MENA region. You will identify opportunities and lead solution sales to hit targets, building strong relationships with prospects and turning requirements into technical outcomes.

You will work with engineering teams, support the regional marketing strategy, and report to management with clear updates.

Qualifications

• Engineering or scientific degree with 5+ years in industrial sales or business development; experience in intralogistics or automation is preferred.
• Experience in the MENA region is essential.
• CRM and CAD/design software familiarity is a plus; Arabic language skills are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and lead solution selling to hit growth targets.
• Translate client requirements into technical solutions with input from engineering teams.
• Support the territory's marketing strategy and provide clear management reporting.
