Job summary

RTC1 Recruitment Services is seeking a Business Development Executive for a premier real estate developer operating across the UAE from Ajman. The role focuses on generating and converting new business, managing the full sales pipeline, and engaging with developers, owners' associations, and commercial portfolios.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Business or related field, has 3+ years UAE sales experience in FM or related services, a valid UAE driving license, strong English, and

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years UAE sales experience within Facilities Management, Total FM, cleaning or facilities services.
• Valid UAE driving license; strong English required; Arabic advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert new business opportunities for Total FM, MEP/hard services, cleaning and soft services across the UAE.
• Manage the complete sales pipeline from prospecting to contract award, including client meetings, site visits, CRM/pipeline reporting and BD targets.
• Identify and track tenders/RFPs, coordinate with operations to prepare compliant proposals and timely submissions.
• Build relationships with FM, procurement, and property decision-makers; identify renewals and cross-selling opportunities.

Job Description

• Generate and convert new business opportunities for Total FM, MEP/hard services, cleaning and soft services, targeting developers, owners' associations, and commercial/residential portfolios across the UAE.


• Manage the complete sales pipeline from prospecting to contract award, including client meetings, site visits, CRM/pipeline reporting and achievement of assigned BD targets.


• Identify and track tenders/RFPs, coordinating with operations to prepare compliant technical and commercial proposals and ensure timely submissions.


• Build relationships with FM, procurement, and property decision-makers, while identifying contract renewals, cross-selling opportunities and market developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field.


• With minimum 3 years UAE sales experience within Facilities Management, Total FM, cleaning or facilities services.


• Proven experience generating new business and achieving sales/BD targets, with knowledge of UAE tenders and RFP processes.


• Valid UAE driving license; strong English required, Arabic will be an advantage but not mandatory
