Job summary

Confidential Company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a seasoned Business Development professional with strong tendering experience in UAE infrastructure, EPC, and energy sectors. The role focuses on managing relationships with ADNOC, TAQA, DEWA, FEWA and other government entities to drive opportunities and bids.

You will coordinate cross-functional inputs, prepare bid documents, EOIs, and pre-qualification papers, and maintain market intelligence databases to support strategic growth while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, tendering, or marketing within UAE infrastructure, construction, EPC, or energy sectors.
• Proven experience dealing with UAE government entities and major organizations.
• Strong knowledge of UAE tendering processes, bidding requirements, and pre-qualification procedures.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Strong understanding of the UAE market and infrastructure/construction industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and tender management systems.

• The role requires strong experience in handling relationships with organizations such as ADNOC TAQA DEWA FEWA and other government semi-government entities along with expertise in tender documentation and bidding processes
• Monitor business opportunities tenders and market developments within the infrastructure construction and energy sectors
