Job summary

Al Manar Technical Contracting in Abu Dhabi is seeking a motivated Junior Business Development Officer for a full-time, on-site role. You will identify new opportunities and support tender and proposal preparation to build strong client relations.

You will help develop relationships across the portfolio, research market trends, gather requirements, and prepare presentations and simple financial summaries, collaborating with senior teams to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Strong New Business Development skills, including lead generation and support in proposal preparation.
• Solid Analytical Skills and basic Finance understanding to interpret market data, assist in pricing, and prepare simple financial reports.
• Effective Communication skills for internal coordination and external client interactions.
• Customer Service orientation with the ability to build rapport and support long-term client relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Role Description

The Business Development Officer (Junior) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Prior internship or 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in contracting, construction, or technical services is a plus.
