Job summary

Penta Global Engineering in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for our Oil & Gas/EPC business. You will drive market expansion, grow the client base, and lead tendering and commercial activities.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in BD/Sales within Oil & Gas or EPC, a strong network with ADNOC and major clients, excellent negotiation and relationship skills, and Arabic language proficiency.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales within Oil & Gas, EPC, Engineering, or Energy sectors.
• Strong knowledge of the Oil & Gas market and major industry stakeholders.
• Proven experience in securing contracts and developing new business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Oil & Gas / EPC sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with ADNOC Group, NOCs, EPC contractors, and major Oil & Gas clients.
• Lead prequalification, tendering, proposal, and commercial activities.
• Monitor market trends, upcoming projects, competitors, and business opportunities.
• Manage client negotiations and support contract award activities.
• Coordinate with Estimation, Commercial, Engineering, Operations, and Project teams.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve business development targets.
• Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and business forums.

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Business Development Manager to join our Oil & Gas / EPC business in Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in business development, client relationship management, tendering, and securing new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Oil & Gas / EPC sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with ADNOC Group, NOCs, EPC contractors, and major Oil & Gas clients.
