Job summary

Mashreq Bank, Dubai, UAE, seeks an experienced SE Relationship Manager to manage and grow a portfolio, originate new relationships, and upsell banking products. You will drive revenue, ensure compliance, perform annual credit reviews, and maintain high service levels for walk-ins and existing customers.

The role requires strong negotiation and communication skills, 4+ years in banking, and an MBA/CA or equivalent experience. Full-time on-site in Dubai with adherence to KYC/AML policies.

Qualifications

• Banking sales and service experience with proven relationship management.
• Advanced vocational knowhow of Credit, Trade, Operating system, Legal, etc
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• At least 4 years + banking experience in local or international market.
• MBA/CA or equivalent with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Improve share of wallet and target to be primary bank for each relationship.
• Own customer relationship management for assigned portfolio.
• Conduct periodic credit facility reviews and recommend facilities.
• Monitor relationships to rectify credit issues promptly.
• Maintain control aspects: documentation, visits, inspections, and reports.
• Upgrade existing SE customers to ME segment with need-based solutions.
