Job summary

Mashreq in Dubai seeks a dynamic Banking Sales professional to drive monthly targets and proactively prospect clients in targeted segments. You will present a full range of personal banking products, conduct compliant face-to-face and kiosk interactions, and manage objections to secure sales and payroll transfers.

The role requires familiarity with retail banking policies, strong communication skills, and at least 1 year of sales experience.

Qualifications

• Sales profile requiring confidence, persistence, personality and strong verbal/written communication.
• Basic knowledge of Retail Banking products and service policies.
• 1 year of sales experience in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets in the financial year.
• Prospect in targeted segments and conduct phone calls and face-to-face meetings.
• Present and sell personal banking products & services ethically and professionally.
• Carry out micro marketing activities including kiosk and direct marketing efforts.
• Handle objections to drive sales or payroll transfers.
• Ensure end-to-end customer TAT with quality adherence as per guidelines.
• Comply with bank policies on product, KYC, FATCA, AML CTF and third-party channels.
• Record sales activities in CRM and prepare Daily Sales Reports.
