Job summary

Mashreq Bank in Dubai is seeking a senior Corporate Relationship Manager to lead complex, multi-product client portfolios and originate new business across the bank’s product suite. Qualifications

• Conduct regular and timely reviews of client relationships and portfolio exposures in line with policy and risk appetite.
• Develop and execute tailored Relationship Strategies and Account Plans for each client group to achieve KPIs.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across the client portfolio.
• Deliver proactive and hands-on relationship management coordinating with internal stakeholders to drive client satisfaction and franchise value.
• Maintain a robust pipeline focusing on originating new-to-bank opportunities and increasing market share within sectors and target markets.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements including UAE Central Bank regulations and internal risk frameworks.
• Represent the Bank with clients, industry participants, and advisors in connection with transactions and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Operations, Risk Management, Product Partners, Support Functions, and Retail Banking.

Responsibilities

• Undertake proactive relationship and account management to ensure timely delivery of products and services across internal teams.
• Maintain a robust pipeline focusing on new-to-bank opportunities and market share growth.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations and internal risk management frameworks.
• Represent the Bank within the business community and engage with external advisors regarding transactions.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Operations, Risk Management, and Retail Banking to maximize business opportunities and risk governance.
