intelligentsolutionshr is recruiting for a client in Dubai, an innovative insuretech, to hire a Broker Relations Manager who will deepen UAE broker partnerships and drive platform adoption. You will work to identify growth opportunities and support the rollout of digital insurance solutions.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in business or related field and a minimum of five years in broker relations or distribution within the UAE.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Broker Relations or related fields within the UAE insurance industry.
Strong network across the UAE insurance broker market and key decision-makers.
Proven ability to build lasting relationships and identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance brokers, placement teams, and market stakeholders across the UAE.
Drive broker engagement, platform adoption, and account growth by identifying new opportunities.
Conduct regular client meetings, product demonstrations, and feedback sessions.
Support broker onboarding, user adoption, and change management to ensure a seamless experience.
Monitor account performance, user engagement, and broker satisfaction; address challenges and opportunities.
Collaborate with product, sales, implementation, and internal teams to align broker requirements with business objectives.
Provide market intelligence to support product enhancements and commercial strategies.
Represent the organization at industry meetings and market engagements.
