Are you a broker relationship manager in UAE health insurance who would rather launch a new product than defend an old one?
This is a Dubai technology-led insurance and wellness group. Its established group medical book is already writing more than AED 100m in annual premium and growing month on month, and it is now launching a new international private medical insurance product.
What's in it for you?
- Up to AED 20,000 to 25,000 per month basic, plus commission on top
- Reporting directly to the commercial lead, no layers in between
- A genuinely flexible, results-led environment with no fixed hours and no location policing
- You own the broker market for a brand new product, so the book you build is yours
- Direct access to senior underwriters, doctors and technical specialists to learn from
- A business that leans hard into AI and automation, so the admin does not eat your week
What will you be doing?
- Building and maintaining broker relationships across Dubai and Abu Dhabi
- Getting into broker offices regularly, creating interest and turning conversations into enquiries
- Re‑engaging accounts that have gone quiet and opening new ones
- Presenting a technically complex product simply and credibly to broker teams
- Running post‑sale orientations so broker teams know how to sell and service the product
- Supporting commercial negotiations and explaining underwriting, medical and regulatory detail
- Travelling to Abu Dhabi at least twice a month
What do you need?
- Existing relationships with insurance brokers or insurers in the UAE
- A solid technical grounding in health insurance products, medical considerations, DHA rules and relevant regulation
- Confidence with quoting tools and standard digital tools
- Strong written and spoken communication, and the ability to make a new product make sense in ten minutes
- Commercial awareness that includes loss ratios, not just volume
- The autonomy to be productive within one to two weeks with limited supervision
- Your own car and a willingness to be on the road
- IPMI and underwriting exposure is a bonus; insurer‑side experience is helpful, and broker‑side experience is welcome too
