Job summary

leading-edge is seeking a Senior Associate - Distribution in an insurance company to drive client expansion and revenue growth within the UAE market. You will build broker, agent, and partner relationships to promote insurance products, while analyzing market trends and identifying new business opportunities.

The role requires 3+ years in distribution or sales, a Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance or related field, and strong communication skills to effectively engage brokers and distribution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in distribution, sales, or account management in general insurance.
• Knowledge of UAE insurance market and distribution channels.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for relationship-building.
• Analytical mindset to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand broker relationships to meet business targets through the broker channel.
• Visit brokers regularly, analyze current business, and align with distribution team objectives.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, adapting to market dynamics.
• Collaborate with underwriting and broker teams for high client and premium retention.
• Provide quick turnaround on new business quotations and convert quotes into active business.
• Assist in new initiatives and projects as needed.
• Build cross-functional relationships within the organization for effective collaboration.
