Job summary
KinFitz & Co. in the UAE is seeking a broker relationship manager to own the broker market for a new international private medical insurance product.
You will build and maintain broker relationships across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, travel to Abu Dhabi regularly, and present a technically complex product credibly to broker teams. The role offers up to AED 20,000–25,000 per month basic plus commission, with a flexible, results-led environment and direct access to senior underwriters and medical
Qualifications
- Established relationships with UAE health insurance brokers
- Solid technical grounding in health insurance products and DHA regulations
- Own car and willingness to travel regularly
- Ability to present a technically complex product clearly to broker teams
- Comfort with commercial negotiations and understanding loss ratios
Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining broker relationships across Dubai and Abu Dhabi
- Engaging broker offices to generate enquiries
- Re-engaging dormant accounts and opening new ones
- Presenting IPMI product simply and credibly to broker teams
- Conducting post-sale orientations for selling and servicing the product
- Supporting commercial negotiations and explaining underwriting and medical details
- Traveling to Abu Dhabi at least twice a month
