Job summary

VerityX Talent in Dubai is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to grow our insurance brokerage footprint across the UAE. You will develop new business, manage a pipeline of corporate and SME clients, and close high-value deals.

The role requires 3–5 years in UAE insurance sales, knowledge of medical, life, and general products, and an existing client network. A bachelor's degree and UAE driving license are preferred; salary is AED 15,000–20,000 plus commission.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in insurance brokerage or insurance sales in the UAE required.
• Strong knowledge of medical, life and general insurance products.
• Existing client network in Dubai/UAE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities across the UAE market.
• Build and manage a pipeline of corporate and SME clients.
• Promote and sell a full suite of insurance products (medical, life, general).
• Develop partnerships and leverage referral networks to generate leads.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close high-value deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and ongoing client servicing.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments.
• Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets.
