Job summary

Justlife is seeking an experienced copywriter to own CRM messaging across push, WhatsApp, and email, crafting content that drives engagement and conversions. You will shape the funnel, write compelling service descriptions, and brief designers to execute campaigns while maintaining a consistent brand voice across channels.

You will collaborate daily with Marketing, Performance, BD, Product and Customer Service, ensuring high-quality, on-brand copy at scale in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing copy that moved metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions).
• Exceptional written English, clear, persuasive and grammatically flawless across email, social and web.
• Strong editorial judgment; ability to use AI without sounding like it and transform generic AI copy into original, nuanced work.
• Proven multi-channel copywriting across CRM, web, social ads.
• Experience in fast-paced agency or startup environments juggling multiple brands and deadlines.
• Strong first-pass accuracy; careful with concepts and punctuation.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM copy, write push notifications, WhatsApp messages and email to improve open and click-through rates.
• Shape funnel content and craft service descriptions to move customers from interest to booking.
• Brief design and ship campaigns; translate ideas into sharp briefs and oversee execution.
• Define the brand voice and ensure all outputs sound like Justlife, consistently and cleanly.
