Job summary

Justlife is seeking a Brand and Communication Executive in Dubai to own the voice across all customer touchpoints—from CRM to product copy and ads. You will write compelling briefs, collaborate with design and marketing teams, and deliver content that drives bookings and engagement.

You will shape the brand voice with speed and taste, maintain high standards, and push creative ownership in a fast-growing GCC tech-enabled home services company.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing copy that moved metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions).
• Exceptional written English across email, social, and web.
• Strong editorial judgment; ability to refine AI copy into original work.
• Proven multi-channel copywriting across CRM, web, social, and ads.

Responsibilities

• Own the Justlife voice across the customer journey and campaigns.
• Write briefs for designers and ship campaigns from concept to execution.
• Shape brand tone and ensure consistency across all channels.
• Collaborate daily with marketing, product, and customer service teams.
• Bring new ideas to lift engagement and performance.
