Job summary

Confidential in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Senior Brand Sales Manager for Microsoft to lead the UAE Core Business across Microsoft 365, Azure and Dynamics 365.

You will own revenue and margin, drive partner growth and retention, coach a team of Brand Sales Executives, grow a 400+ UAE partner ecosystem, and run weekly business reviews with Microsoft UAE SPOCs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience including 3+ years as a people manager.
• Strong Microsoft CSP and channel experience.
• UAE/GCC market experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver revenue and margin targets across M365, Azure and Dynamics 365.
• Lead, coach and manage a team of Brand Sales Executives.
• Grow and activate a 400+ UAE partner ecosystem; personally manage the top 10 partners.
• Maintain pipeline coverage, CRM hygiene and forecast accuracy.
• Run weekly cadence calls and business reviews with Microsoft UAE SPOCs.
• Execute strategy and programs with the UAE Product Manager and META teams.
• Work with Finance on margin bookings, credit exposure and collections.

Senior Brand Sales Manager – Microsoft

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: Up to AED 23,000 per month

Reporting To: Microsoft Product Manager – UAE

Experience: 8+ years, incl. 3+ years as a people manager

Role Purpose

• Lead the UAE Microsoft Core Business across Microsoft 365, Azure (new MRR) and Dynamics 365
• Own revenue, margin, partner growth and retention

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver revenue and margin targets across M365, Azure and Dynamics 365
• Lead, coach and manage a team of Brand Sales Executives
