Job summary

La Marzocco Middle East is seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join a small, energetic team in Dubai. You will lead local events, showroom activations, and collaborations with the regional coffee community to drive brand and commercial objectives.

You will also manage social media, content creation, and digital marketing in line with global guidelines, coordinating with the global marketing team on paid media and CRM activities while supporting sales with materials and lead generation.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar Marketing role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Proactive, empathetic and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage local events and brand activations (showroom events, trade shows, launches, workshops, community initiatives).
• Lead social media and digital marketing efforts, content planning, copywriting, briefs, production coordination and publishing.
• Ensure brand positioning is applied locally and share learnings with the global team.
• Support product marketing and sales with launches, materials, inventory, and lead generation while coordinating merchandise and sales-support items.
