Job summary

Roasters Specialty Coffee House in Dubai seeks an experienced Event Manager to lead on-site events that celebrate specialty coffee and the brand experience. This full-time role covers planning, vendor coordination, budgeting, scheduling and logistics, with close collaboration across operations, marketing, and the barista team.

The role requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, and flexibility for evenings and weekends to match event schedules. Dubai-based position.

Qualifications

• Experience in event planning and management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple events and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams, partners, and guests.
• Ability to lead on-site event teams, manage staff scheduling, and maintain high service standards.
• Customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality experiences and resolving issues effectively.
• Familiarity with hospitality or F&B environments; interest in specialty coffee is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency in basic office and event management software; experience with event promotion and social media is a plus.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the event schedule.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events that showcase Roasters’ specialty coffee and brand experience.
• Oversee end-to-end event lifecycle including concept development, vendor coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and on-the-ground logistics.
• Work closely with operations, marketing, and barista teams to ensure events align with brand standards and guest experiences.
• Manage event calendars, negotiate with suppliers, supervise setup and breakdown, monitor performance, and implement improvements.
• Support community engagement initiatives, develop promotional activities around events, and ensure compliance with local regulations and health and safety requirements.
