Job summary

La Marzocco Dubai is seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator to support the Managing Director and drive home and commercial sales in the assigned area. You will collaborate across departments to capitalise on opportunities with partners and end users, and contribute to brand growth.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in regional sales, up to 50% travel, strong English, and experience with budgeting tools and Salesforce. A proactive, self-motivated communicator will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the region.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and hold a valid driving license.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience in coffee industries or F&B and interest in specialty coffee.
• Knowledge of budgeting tools and sales planning.
• Experience with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Manage Home & Commercial sales in the assigned area.
• Maintain existing relationships with partners.
• Communicate with end customers (Home Users, Roasters, and others).
• Develop direct sales for the Home sector.
• Support the Managing Director in operational branch activities.
• Generate and analyze reports.
• Achieve turnover targets for the area and product lines.
• Support re-seller network in sales of the La Marzocco range.
• Innovate and present new sales ideas and approaches.
