Job summary

Al Gahwa Al Arabiya L.L.C is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead all marketing activities, strengthen the brand, and drive growth in the UAE's competitive F&B sector.

The role focuses on developing strategies to increase sales, managing social media and the company website, and delivering creative campaigns for the specialty coffee business. Immediate joiner preferred; Arabic language required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Strong background in Specialty Coffee or Food & Beverage.
• Excellent knowledge of social media, digital marketing and website management.
• Arabic speaker is required and immediate joiner preferred.

About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced marketing professional with a strong background in the Specialty Coffee or Food & Beverage industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our overall marketing activities, strengthening the company's brand presence, and developing strategies to increase sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all marketing platforms, including social media and company website
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns
• Create innovative ideas to strengthen and improve the company profile
• Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and boost sales
• Manage social media content, promotions, and digital marketing activities
• Analyze market trends and customer preferences
• Build and maintain a strong and professional brand image
• Work closely with management to achieve marketing and sales objectives

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant marketing experience
• Strong experience in the Specialty Coffee or Food & Beverage industry is highly preferred
