TASC Outsourcing is seeking a Relationship Officer – Branches in Dubai, UAE to support retail banking sales across the branch network. The role centers on acquiring customers, managing relationships, and promoting suitable banking products to branch customers.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of Retail Banking/Branch Sales experience, strong sales and communication skills, and a proven ability to achieve monthly targets.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of Retail Banking / Branch Sales / Relationship Management experience.
• Experience selling Personal Loans / Liabilities / CASA / Deposits preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Proven ability to achieve monthly sales targets and incentives.
• UAE banking/financial services experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in a branch-based, customer-facing sales environment.

Mansioni

• Acquire new customers through branch walk-ins, referrals, and self-generated leads.
• Promote and sell retail banking products such as Personal Loans, CASA / Liability Accounts, Fixed Deposits, and other banking products.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Identify and maximize cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Support customers with application forms, documentation, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales, revenue, and acquisition targets.
• Ensure applications comply with the bank’s KYC, credit, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with branch operations and internal departments for smooth processing of applications.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
