TASC Outsourcing is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive personal loan sales across our branch network in Dubai. You will engage customers at the branch, assess needs, and promote suitable banking products to build lasting relationships.

You will handle walk-ins, referrals, and self-generated leads, aim to meet monthly targets, ensure KYC compliance, and coordinate with branch operations to process applications smoothly.

Qualificações

• Experience in retail banking environments.
• Ability to meet sales targets and Incentives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Acquire new customers through branch walk-ins, referrals, and self-generated leads.
• Promote and sell Personal Loans, CASA/Liabilities, Fixed Deposits, and other banking products.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Identify and maximize cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Assist customers with application forms, documentation, and onboarding.
