Job summary

You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, solving interoperability challenges and accelerating digital construction adoption. In this role, you will deliver technical training, onboarding, and workshops for regional partners, translating feedback into future software enhancements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of Tekla Structures or similar BIM software experience.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills for diverse regional stakeholders.
• Strong background in structural modeling, detailing, construction workflows, and technical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex Tekla and interoperability challenges for regional projects.
• Deliver technical training and workshops to help customers maximize BIM capabilities.
• Advise on best practices for structural modeling, detailing, and BIM collaboration.
• Collaborate with global teams to translate feedback into software improvements.
