Job summary

Trimble in Dubai seeks a Technical Support Engineer to empower Middle East structural engineers with Tekla Structures and BIM workflows, driving customer success and fast resolution of interoperability challenges.

You will deliver technical training, onboarding programs, and specialized workshops to help customers maximize digital construction capabilities, advising on modeling, detailing, and collaboration best practices across regional projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Tekla Structures or equivalent BIM software.
• Excellent written and verbal English; regional communication skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor across the Middle East for Tekla Structures and BIM workflows.
• Deliver technical training, onboarding programs, and specialized workshops for customers.
• Advise on best practices for structural modeling, detailing, and BIM collaboration; collaborate with global teams.
