Job summary

Tekla is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for the Middle East to empower structural engineers with Tekla Structures and BIM workflows. You will drive customer success, solve complex engineering challenges, and optimize BIM processes across the region.

The role requires a degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and a minimum of 3 years of Tekla Structures experience, with strong English communication and problem-solving skills. Arabic language skills are a plus in this regional market.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Tekla Structures or comparable BIM software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex technical and interoperability challenges for Tekla Structures and regional projects.
• Deliver technical training, onboarding programs and workshops to maximize BIM capabilities.
• Advise customers on best practices for structural modeling, detailing, fabrication, and BIM collaboration.
• Collaborate with global Trimble teams to translate feedback into software enhancements.
