Job summary

Azizi Developments, a Dubai-based real estate developer, is seeking a BIM Modeler to translate architectural concepts into precise digital models for modular PODs and interior components. Qualifications

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a closely related discipline is required, supported by at least 3 years of practical BIM and Revit modeling experience.
• Candidates with direct exposure to interior fit-out, modular construction, prefabrication, or POD manufacturing will be particularly relevant.
• Strong BIM experience gained on villas, residential developments, hotels, or other hospitality fit-out projects will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and manage detailed Autodesk Revit models for modular PODs, interior fit-out packages, and associated components.
• Produce coordinated shop drawings, fabrication drawings, construction details, schedules, and documentation suitable for factory production and site execution.
• Model interior architectural elements including partitions, walls, ceilings, flooring systems, doors, joinery, sanitary fixtures, and related finishes.
• Coordinate architectural BIM information with structural and MEP models to achieve practical integration across disciplines.
• Review model interfaces and identify clashes, dimensional conflicts, design discrepancies, and constructability concerns before production.
• Use coordinated BIM information to support efficient prefabrication and modular manufacturing workflows.
• Incorporate approved design changes and revisions while maintaining model accuracy and current project information.
• Work directly with architects, interior designers, engineers, production specialists, and site teams to resolve technical coordination matters.
• Prepare information required for quantity take-offs, material schedules, component planning, and BIM documentation.
• Translate design intent into practical information that factory teams can use for off-site manufacturing.
• Provide clear drawings and model data to support accurate assembly and installation of completed components on site.
• Check drawing packages and model outputs before issue, ensuring they meet project specifications, production requirements, and established deadlines.
• Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to maintain coordinated and buildable fit-out solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
