- Review discipline models for accuracy, completeness, coordination, and compliance with approved design intent.
- Protect model and data integrity throughout design, construction, commissioning, handover, and operational stages.
- Develop and maintain Employer’s Information Requirements, BIM Execution Plans, Master Information Delivery Plans, and Task Information Delivery Plans.
- Prepare project‑specific BIM procedures, standards, templates, workflows, and responsibility matrices.
- Develop and manage asset registers, model parameters, COBie datasets, and structured handover information.
- Conduct clash detection and coordinated design reviews using Navisworks or comparable software.
- Lead construction‑stage clash coordination meetings and communicate identified issues to responsible teams.
- Maintain issue registers, assign actions, monitor response dates, and confirm closure of resolved clashes.
- Coordinate conflicts involving utilities, roads, structures, drainage systems, buildings, and existing infrastructure.
- Verify that shop drawings are extracted from approved and coordinated Civil 3D models.
- Review model‑derived shop drawings for consistency with approved design information and construction requirements.
- Ensure as‑built drawings are generated from verified as‑built models.
- Confirm that approved field changes are incorporated into final models and handover documentation.
- Carry out model audits to identify incomplete information, duplication, geometry conflicts, or non‑compliant content.
- Provide technical BIM support to project teams, consultants, contractors, and client stakeholders.
- Deliver practical training on BIM processes, software applications, model review, and information standards.
- Support IFC and open BIM workflows for multidisciplinary information exchange.
- Coordinate asset tagging and verify that asset information supports infrastructure facility management systems.
- Support four‑dimensional and five‑dimensional workflows using Synchro, Primavera, Power BI, or related platforms.
- Assist construction teams with digital progress monitoring through OpenSpace, HoloBuilder, or similar applications.
- Maintain accurate records of model submissions, review comments, approvals, revisions, and data exchanges.
