Al Marwan Group is seeking a Marketing Content Coordinator to oversee coordination and delivery of content across its brands—from briefing to review and on-brand, timely delivery. The role sits within an in-house creative team spanning heavy machinery, real estate, hospitality and construction sectors.

You will manage briefs, timelines, calendars and approvals, ensuring consistency and brand compliance while tailoring content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in marketing coordination, campaign delivery or account support.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience briefing and reviewing content across social, web and listings.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent accounts without dropping work.
• Experience building content briefs with clear objectives and channels.

Responsabilités

• Coordination and delivery of marketing content across Al Marwan brands.
• Build and maintain project timelines across concurrent campaigns.
• Maintain content calendars across channels and brands.
• Intake and quality-check briefs before they reach creative.
• Manage approval cycles and brand-compliance checks before launch.
• Define content themes and pillars per brand and build calendars.
• Write briefs detailing objective, audience, message, format, platform, deadline.
• Specify platform needs: Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok.
• Direct website and article content and Google Business Profile posts.
• Review delivered work against the brief before publishing.
• Pull campaign data and build monthly/quarterly reports.
• Highlight performance issues with actionable recommendations.
