Job summary

Wisewell seeks a Marketing Coordinator to be the operational engine of the marketing team. You will own the day-to-day calendar for the UAE and US, keep campaigns and activations on schedule, and run social scheduling plus first-response community across both markets.

As an Emirati on the team, you bring authentic Arabic voice and culture insight to activations and social, with strong organizational skills and a passion for brand experiences that land in this market.

Qualifications

• UAE National (Emirati), eligible for Nafis support.
• Bilingual English and Arabic, with authentic UAE voice for community.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage a busy calendar.
• Genuinely active on social and tuned into UAE and US culture and trends.
• Open to some flexibility for US time-zone overlap due to US launches.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day marketing calendar across the UAE and US: deadlines, dependencies, and keeping the team on schedule.
• Coordinate activations and brand experiences end-to-end, including on-site prep and logistics.
• Schedule and publish social content; manage English and Arabic community engagement.
• Lead influencer/outreach coordination and track cultural/trend inputs for calendars.
