You will craft engaging captions and reels in Arabic and English, coordinate shoots with photographers and influencers, engage the community, and analyze performance to drive growth across platforms.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
• 3–5 years in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
• Experience with short-form video for Instagram/TikTok/Snapchat.
• Familiarity with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Al Qana's social media presence across platforms.
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars with Marketing Manager.
• Capture and publish on-site organic content daily, showcasing attractions, tenants, and events.
• Create engaging content including reels, stories, captions, and trend-driven posts.
• Coordinate content shoots with photographers, videographers, and influencers.
• Manage community engagement and respond to comments.
• Monitor performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support influencer collaborations.
