Job summary

Group Vintage seeks a Marketing Social Media Executive to support day-to-day marketing across Group Vintage and its businesses in Dubai. The role focuses on managing social media, creating content, and coordinating routine marketing needs to ensure consistent execution across the Group.

This hands-on role requires organization, creativity, and comfort working across multiple brands, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and future YouTube initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in social media, content or marketing.
• Comfortable managing Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Good working knowledge of Canva and basic video/reel editing.
• Basic photography and videography skills.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Proactive, reliable and comfortable working across multiple brands.
• Experience in corporate and/or B2B marketing would be an advantage, particularly within a diversified group or multi-business organisation.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube in the future) for Group Vintage and its group companies.
• Maintain monthly content calendars and schedule approved content.
• Create simple posts, stories and reels using Canva and basic editing tools.
• Coordinate with teams across the Group to source photographs, updates and content.
• Monitor comments, messages and basic social media performance.
• Support internal photography/video shoots and coordinate external shoots when required.
• Regularly meet with teams across the Group’s businesses to identify opportunities for relevant marketing moments.
