Job summary

Confidential Government Entity - Abu Dhabi in the UAE seeks a Human Capital Performance Analyst (Government Sector) who is bilingual in Arabic and English to drive the employee performance cycle and convert workforce data into actionable insights for HR and leaders.

You will run appraisals, calibrations, dashboards and KPI reporting, present findings in both languages, and support improvement initiatives across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in employee performance management or HR KPIs and analytics.
• Experience in a Abu Dhabi government or UAE federal government entity (essential).
• Hands-on experience with appraisal cycles and government HR frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Public Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage the performance cycle, from goal setting through mid-year reviews, annual appraisals and calibration.
• Cascade the entity's strategic objectives into department and individual KPIs.
• Build HR dashboards and reports on performance results and workforce metrics.
• Analyse performance trends and recommend improvement and development actions.
• Run performance workshops for managers and present findings in Arabic and English.
